Run by Gareth Peake, a fantastic safari guide born and bred in Botswana, Peake Safaris prides itself on authentic and eco-friendly safari experiences. This traditional mobile safari ethos allows for camp to be moved every few days as you traverse through Botswana’s parks and prime wildlife areas.

Although rooted in a traditional mobile safari, the camp is equipped with modern conveniences such as large custom-built guest tents, comfortable four poster beds with quality linen, hot running water, ensuite bathrooms with flush toilets and even basic solar-panelled wifi.

As this safari is operated on a tailormade private basis, guests will have their a private guide and experienced team flexible to suit individual safari wants and pace – be it guided walks, boating, or a specialized photographic trip capturing the wildlife.

Although wildlife-focussed, safaris can also be tailored to include canoe safaris, horse-riding safaris as well as informative cultural experiences with a Bushman tribe – a chance to gain insight into their traditional way of life.
